A Happy Day of Joining with Holy Spirit

If I want to be happy, if I want to be at peace, there is only one thing to do: Let go of judgment. Judgment is based on the belief that separation is real. Each judgment reinforces and tightens the chains of separation. Without judgment the world would cease to seem to exist. The veil would be lifted and the oneness of Love would be experienced.

The practice of opening my mind to follow Holy Spirit’s lead in each moment shifts the “burden” of judgment from the limited ego mind to the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit knows what is real and what is not and so His only judgment is to acknowledge what is real. It is this judgment I would share, for it is the means of complete release from all illusion.

Today is another happy day of practicing stepping back and following Holy Spirit’s lead.

Holy Spirit to Mary:
Remember you are safe in the Mind of God today. Remember innocence — in your brother and yourself. Let yourself laugh with Holy Spirit and feel the joy and sense of well being the Holy Spirit brings. Let today be a happy day as you join with Holy Spirit.
