Accepting a Happy Day

Let me not forget my function.
Let me not try to substitute mine for God’s.
Let me forgive and be happy. (A Course in Miracles, W-pI.64.6:2-4. See also ACIM Lesson 64 Insights.)

We dedicate today to letting the Holy Spirit be our Interpreter of all that we look upon. His vision will show us what is illusion and what is truth. With this vision we will easily forgive or let go of the illusions that we have attempted to substitute for God’s Truth.

Because God is only Love, we will be accepting God’s Love instead of the ego’s substitute. With accepting God’s Love comes perfect happiness. With this dedication, today will be a happy day.
