Accepting Holy Spirit’s Help

Today I have the opportunity to open up and accept the Help that lies within. I do this by allowing my mind to quiet… I quietly welcome Holy Spirit’s Light…

I let the peace and gentleness fill every corner of my mind… I let go of control… I let all tension be washed away in Holy Spirit’s ever-flowing river of peace… I give every distracting thought to the Holy Spirit… He knows what to do with it.

I am brought into a journey without distance… I become aware of the eternal joy and peace that lies within everyone… I see that everyone is at home in God now… I am filled with a sense of gratitude that nothing other than God’s eternal Presence of Love could ever be real…

I am brought to the awareness that carrying this awareness of God’s presence with me all through the day is how I heal and am healed. As I accept Holy Spirit’s help, I will see the Light of the presence of Love in everyone I meet or think of today.
