Choosing the Peace and Love of God

…let Him [the Teacher Who instructs in quiet] teach you what to do and say and think, each time you turn to Him. He will not fail to be available to you, each time you call to Him to help you. A Course in Miracles Workbook Review VI, (W-pI.VI.7:2-3. See also ACIM Lesson 201 Insights.)

No matter how confusing, frightening, depressing or lonely our life seems to be, we always have Help. Our Creator has not forgotten us and has given us a Guide Whose only purpose is to lead us back to our natural place in the Heart of Love. With gentleness and patience this Guide is always offering us help. We need only be willing to pause for a moment, turn away from the ego’s misdirection and open to the Guidance of our Inner Teacher.

Today, whenever a thought disturbs our peace, we will remind ourselves:
This thought I do not want.
I choose instead the peace and Love of God.
