Choosing Happiness

Judgment is a defense against happiness. It keeps us locked into the belief in being separate and alone. Happiness can be found only in the acceptance of our oneness in the Love of God. In truth there is nothing outside of Love. Because Love does not condemn, when we judge, we deny Love.

We choose to be happy today by practicing turning over all our judgments to the Holy Spirit, letting Him judge all things on our behalf. The Holy Spirit’s judgment is very simple. He sees all situations in the world as either Love or a call for Love. The natural response to both is to extend Love. So when we let the Holy Spirit judge all things on our behalf, we will be Love’s reflection in the world. This is our choice today.
