How to Be Open to Holy Spirit’s Inspiration

One of the first lessons of the workbook tells us that we do not know what anything means. The ego is insulted by this statement. Yet accepting it is the release from the hell of separation. It is how we open our minds to another way of seeing, another interpretation of everything in the world. It is only with an open mind that we are able to receive the inspiration of our true Self which shows us the reality of Love’s oneness and the meaninglessness of every form.

Today is another day to practice remembering that I do not know what anything means, and asking the Holy Spirit to show me His meaning in everything. This is how I will walk from hell to Heaven.


As I am willing to remember that I do not know what anything means, it is easier to be more willing to step back and listen for Holy Spirit’s inspiration. This practice is what today is for, and I give thanks.
