How to Have a Happy Day

Mary:  Today I am willing to practice choosing peace. Today I am willing to practice extending Love. Today I am willing to practice stepping back and remembering that of myself I know nothing. Today I am willing to let the veil of separation be lifted. When I allow this, the projections are removed and the Holy Spirit shows me What is really there — only Love. This is what will make today a happy day.

Robert: The practice of choosing peace in every moment is helping me experience a happier dream. I may not always remember but when I do, the moment is peaceful and joyous. It is free of stress or self imposed urgency, guilt or fear. My attention is in the present and in the peace that I carry in that moment, my mind and heart are open to the Holy Spirit’s inspiration. The actions I make in the world are inspired. Things that appear complicated become simple. Things I gave false value to lose their value and I feel more free. I invest my time where the greatest service is given and my heart is filled with gratitude. Today I will again practice choosing peace in every moment.

Annie:  Remember that you are Love, that you are beauty, that you are peace, that you are joy. This is the Light shining through you. Remember to look only at the Light. Light will fill your mind and you will see the truth everywhere. Trust the truth in your mind. It will always make you free.

Dorie:  Take a time of silence, for in silence truth is found.
