Letting Holy Spirit Help Throughout the Day

If you have made it a habit to ask for help when and where you can, you can be confident that wisdom will be given you when you need it. Prepare for this each morning, remember God when you can throughout the day, ask the Holy Spirit’s help when it is feasible to do so, and thank Him for His guidance at night. And your confidence will be well founded indeed. (A Course in Miracles M-29.5:8-10)

This practice is the way out of hell. No matter how much we analyze and try to gather information in the world to make decisions, there is always uncertainty. This is because, as an illusion, the world is inherently uncertain. But the Holy Spirit sees all things from the perspective of changeless truth. It sees the illusions but does not believe them. It prepares an individualized curriculum for each of us that will help us let go of the illusions that keep us in fear and in guilt and lead us back to the certainty of the Self that God created.

Today we continue our journey of return to Heaven as we let Holy Spirit lead us there throughout the day.
