As you go through the complexities that show up in your day today, think of the words, “Love now.” Let the power of Love fill your mind in that now moment… Take that moment to breathe Love in and extend Love out… Breathe Love in… Extend Love out… Whatever inspiration is needed to clear the tangled web that the ego mind makes will show up… You trust the power of Love in that present moment…

Love is simple and uncomplicated. Love is always in ease, gentleness and kindness. Love inspires us in how to be truly helpful in each present moment. We are in full gratitude as we practice this all through the day.
