Receiving Peace

Holy Spirit to Mary:
Go with the flow in the moment. Watch your mind for wandering thoughts that stray into the past or future. Remember that the Holy Spirit is in your mind right this minute, extending peace to you. Instead of the past or the future, focus on receiving peace in the present moment. Inherent in receiving peace is extending peace.

Allow yourself to recognize the essence of peace in everyone. In this place of peace will come an automatic knowing of how to be truly helpful as we all awaken to the truth.

Holy Spirit to Robert:
As God’s extension of Love, you have but one function — to extend Love. Let the Holy Spirit show you the Love in everything, everywhere. And you will be blessed by everything you look upon.
