Remembering Heaven

In truth, everyone in the world is our sibling, created equally by Love and as Love. If there are some whom we find difficult to see as Love, it is because we are seeing them and ourselves as false images.

The Truth in us will always see the Truth in everyone. But, when we identify with the ego false idea, we will see the false in others. Everyone we see as not Love is reflecting back to us the lack of Love we see within ourselves.

The antidote to this perceived lack of Love is forgiveness. Every seeming irritation, disturbance, pain, guilt or fear is offering us an opportunity to bring it to the Holy Spirit in our minds. He will shine His Light upon it, dispelling the shadows of false ideas and revealing the loving Light that is everywhere.

This moment-to-moment practice opens our hearts to God’s gifts of Love and peace and joy. It leads us to our remembrance of Heaven, which we never really left.
