Rest in God’s Peace in the Certainty of Now

Holy Spirit to Mary:
Today let yourself remember that you rest in God… Let yourself remember that you are Love’s Extension and that Love is all there is to see… Let any other thoughts just gently fall away… Allow simple uncomplicated Love to fill your mind and heal every false idea that shows up… Today is a day of resting in God’s peace.


Robert:
Yesterday, in a telephone conversation with Pathways of Light minister Rev. Barbara Allen, the idea came up that I am “clueless in the ego.” Since the ego knows nothing of reality, being the denial of it, the ego is absolutely clueless. To turn to the clueless ego for understanding and guidance is an exercise in futility. Help cannot be found where none exists.

Yesterday I was reminded not to plan for the future. Today I am reminded not to look for help from the ego. It has none to offer. Instead, I am reminded to take every concern and question to the Holy Spirit and hold my mind open to His all-seeing response. The point of certainty is in the timeless, eternal present. If I am thinking about what might happen, I have stepped out of the reality of now into the illusion of time. This cannot bring me peace, but only uncertainty.

I hold the Holy Spirit’s Hand today as my Anchor to help me stay in the certainty of now.
