Rest in the Unity of Love

Mary:  One of the biggest lessons I am learning is to be willing to remember that only Love is everywhere. It is only the ego mind that makes illusions of separate bodies with differences appear to be real.

My daily practice is to frequently come back to the question, “Whose hand am I holding right now, the ego’s or the Holy Spirit’s?” The Holy Spirit sees the world of separate bodies but does not make it real. It does not take it seriously. The Holy Spirit sees beyond all forms of separation to the one united Love that is always there. So the practice of asking myself frequently, “Whose hand am I holding right now?” helps me return to the truth.

The false ego mind always tries to make separation and differences real. But this does not bring me happiness. True happiness returns to my mind when I am willing to allow the Holy Spirit to lift the veil and show me the truth behind all these false images of separation. Today my practice continues to be to let the veil be lifted. This is where true happiness lies.

Holy Spirit to Robert:  Rest in Love today. In all your doing, rest in Love. Judgment wearies you. Love enlivens you. Every day can be a day of rest when you allow yourself to be the Love you are.
