Seeing with Love

Robert:
If I want to know my Self, I need to see as the Holy Spirit sees. If I judge a brother, I am judging an image of myself, reflected back to me. In truth there is nothing outside of me. Everything I see reflects what I believe I am.

To know the quiet joy and Love of my Self, I need to learn to look past all images. This is not done with the body’s eyes, but with the vision of the Holy Spirit. To recognize my Self, I must value the vision of the Holy Spirit more than I value what the body sees. The more I align my focus or attention with the Holy Spirit, the more Love I experience because I more clearly see the Love that is everywhere.

Today we are having lunch with friends. This is a golden opportunity for me to practice seeing with Holy Spirit’s vision. This is how I will experience the Love in them and thus the Love in me, which is One. Our meeting can be a beautiful blessing if I am willing to let the Holy Spirit show me the Love. I am willing to get high on Love today.

Mary:
As I let my mind quiet and listen, it comes to me that my job today is to let go and let God. This means that I decide nothing on my own. It means that I step back and ask for the Light of truth in every situation. This means that I let the truth that comes light my way through the day. This means that I let all my thoughts be corrected by my inner Comforter and Guide.

As I practice this, today will be a happy and restful day. I will be aware that Love is everywhere, which brings me to the truth that I am Love and nothing else.
