Seeking Love Where It Can Be Found

Everyone in this world is seeking for Love. This is because this world is the effect of denying the all encompassing oneness of our Creator’s Love. Because of this denial, we feel that we lack Love.

Efforts to be liked, to not offend, to gain value through status, possessions, relationships, etc., are all part of misdirected seeking to find Love. Consistent with the ego’s dictum, it is seeking where Love cannot be found. All this searching comes from the belief that we have lost the Love that we are. This is impossible in truth, but belief makes the false seem true.

My prayer today is to accept Holy Spirit’s help in letting go of the false beliefs that interfere with the awareness of Love’s presence in my mind. This is forgiveness. I am grateful for the Holy Spirit’s help to recognize false beliefs for the nothingness they are so that I can awaken to the Love I share with God.

Today I am guided again to practice as frequently as possible to pause for inspiration. This pause returns me to peace, gentleness and a sense of well being. A sense of trust and the feeling that everything is all right rises to the surface of my mind.

I can relax now and receive the guidance I need in each present moment. As I follow, I am guided to be of service in a way that is most truly helpful to the awakening of the Sonship. My job is to listen and receive.
