Take Every Problem to Him

God offers you the means to see [your brother’s] innocence. Would it be fair to punish him because you will not look at what is there to see? Each time you keep a problem for yourself to solve, or judge that it is one that has no resolution, you have made it great, and past the hope of healing. (A Course in Miracles, T-26.II.5:5-7)

It is our insistence that the images of the world are real that stands in the way of our healing. These images were made to make it seem that we actually have separated from our Source, and are therefore weak and capable of loss. It makes problems seem real and unresolvable. This is a self deception that keeps us limited and fearful. It need not be.

We have the means within our minds to let this self deception be undone. Yet we must be willing to bring each of these deceiving images, these mistaken beliefs, to the Voice for Love in our minds with willingness to receive Its gentle correction of our misperception.

This practice is the key to happiness and peace. It is the means by which we exchange hell for Heaven, fear for Love. Today our practice is to interpret no image in the world on our own and to welcome the Holy Spirit’s interpretation instead.
