We are lighthearted when we are in a peaceful state of mind. We are lighthearted when we are aligned with the thoughts of the Holy Spirit — when we see as He sees. The Holy Spirit sees no conflict and thus is always at peace. Love is simple and uncomplicated, free of all conflict. In Truth there is nothing but Love. To return to the truth, it is helpful to take a deep breath and relax as we let it out… As we let ourselves settle into the center of peace within, the appearance of conflict fades… Our minds are opened to the comfort and inspiration of the Holy Spirit… We are open to His vision, which shows us the reality of Love’s oneness behind the appearance… We accept the Light of Love in our minds, which dissolves the false beliefs… The heaviness of fear fades as we let the Light of Love fill our hearts.
