We Remain as God Created Us

I will accept Atonement for myself,
For I remain as God created me.

We have not lost the knowledge that God gave to us when He created us like Him. We can remember it for everyone, for in creation are all minds as one. And in our memory is the recall how dear our brothers are to us in truth, how much a part of us is every mind, how faithful they have really been to us, and how our Father’s Love contains them all. No matter how engrossed we have become in the dream of separation, there is still a part of our mind that remembers we remain as God created us. The dream has fully captured our attention so the memory of God has been pushed out of our awareness. Yet it remains intact. We need to be taught to recognize the dream for what it is. We need to learn that the dream has no substance and no value. It does not offer us anything that will satisfy us eternally.

As we begin to open to this recognition, we open our minds to be taught to see past the images of the dream. We begin to realize there is a better way — a more peaceful way, a more loving and happy way. Our brothers are seen less and less as adversaries and more as dear friends and companions in the way of Love. Love becomes our motivator. Compassion replaces fear. The recognition of innocence replaces judgment and guilt.

Today we would take another step closer toward accepting atonement for ourselves, remembering we remain as God created us.
