We Are All Eternal Spirit

Today we practice accepting the fact that we are eternal Spirit… We practice opening our minds to this truth about ourselves… As we open to the truth that we are eternal Spirit, we also recognize that everyone is eternal Spirit… We let this change of mind be absorbed deeply… We let it replace the false ideas of separate bodies with separate lives… We let ourselves soak in this awareness today… This is what today is for—to let the truth return to our minds… We step back from illusions and give time to letting the truth return to our minds today…

As we practice this, we feel gratitude, peace and happiness the world cannot give.
