What Am I?

Robert:
What am I? I am Spirit, born of Love and capable only of extending Love, for nothing else is real. I may dream that I am having a human experience, but the “human experience” is the denial of Spirit. I may believe I am a body and experiencing what the body experiences, but that is simply a false belief and does not change What I am. While I believe I am a body I am unaware of What I am. But by the grace of God, I have within my mind the means to remember What I have denied and forgotten.

I want the peace of God. To have this peace I need only remember What I am. To remember What I am, I need only be willing to use the means to awaken provided in my mind.

Holy Spirit, I step back and open my heart and mind to You to receive Your gentle, loving guidance that shows me What is real, shows me what I really want. Thank You for Your Love. Thank You for Your gentleness. Thank You for Your patience. Thank You for Your vision. I rest in You today.

Mary:
My practice for today is to remember that I rest in God always… I cannot be outside of God… I remain in the Mind of God as an extension of God’s Love… My practice today is to remember this about myself and everyone… I would remember the truth today and give thanks that this truth is eternal and does not change.
