A New Way to See

Thoughts From the 2nd Six days of New Year

Peace cannot depart form me any more than it could depart from God. I hold a home for peace and will not deny its true place in my mind-heart. The egoic piece does not want peace for with peace is understanding and I would understand the false idea that it is. The ego maintains its ‘life’ or energy by confusion, conflict and lies. Do I really want to follow its teaching, since it has brought nothing to me?

I see only the past.

The purpose of this Course/curriculum is to help me remember who/what I am. To relinquish the fear that seems to surround the truth. I have made my self fearful attempting to teach my self.
H.S.’s purpose is only to take me to truth, and He does not bring more fear.

If I see only the past I am not seeing what is now, present. This is what Love would correct. As long as I think there is something here to see, then I will see it, though is is illusions. Do I want to keep seeing separation? Or do I let a healed perception take the place of my misplaced value? Love would show me that only what is whole is real or meaningful. The dream of separate parts is only a mistaken idea and never had cause. What is without cause does not exist. There is nothing that can threaten the eternal continuity of Love.

Love always expands and never contracts or excludes. Love always extends.
There is nothing in the dream that can faintly imitate the experience of Love that is perfect, complete, whole.

If I see only the past, I am making an insane choice of seeing something that is not here or seems to be elsewhere. If I am willing I allow a new sight to come to me, a sight of Light, understanding, for giving truth its rightful place. Am I willing to look past appearances?
