Accepting What Is

The Thought of God created you. It left you not, nor have you ever been apart from it an instant. It belongs to you. By it you live. It is your Source of life, holding you one with it, and everything is one with you because it left you not. The Thought of God protects you, cares for you, makes soft your resting place and smooth your way, lighting your mind with happiness and love. Eternity and everlasting life shine in your mind, because the Thought of God has left you not, and still abides with you. (A Course in Miracles W-pI.165.2)

My opportunity today is to practice letting go of my denial of the truth. It is my denial of my true Identity that makes this world seem real. I have the Light That will return me to the truth right in my mind. It is waiting there right now to return my mind to the truth. God’s Love and complete protection are in my mind right now. My opportunity today is to accept the fact that God’s universal Love is true and nothing else is true. My opportunity today is to accept what is.

The Thought of God is Love. Love created me as an extension of Itself, remaining with me eternally. If I feel unloving or unloved I am denying the Love that created me and is the truth of What I am. Lack of Love is impossible except in dreams of denial. The good news is that dreams are not real and denial can be let go.

Holy Spirit, help me to recognize the thoughts that deny my Source, that deny Love. Help me to see them truly with Your vision and help me remember the truth of What I am. With Your help I will see the loving Truth that is everywhere and remember the certainty of the Love That I am. Thank You.
