Being Watchful and Choosing Truth

We dedicate today to watching our mind and thoughts… As we recognize thoughts that are not Love, we bring them to the Holy Spirit in our minds with willingness to let Him purify them and return them to loving expressions.

With His help we will offer Love where fear appeared… We will offer blessing where there appeared to be lack… We will recognize the innocence that truly lies beyond all appearances of guilt… Judgment will be replaced by acceptance of the truth of Love that lies beyond all appearances. With this practice, we choose Truth.
