Seeing with Holy Spirit

All appearances in the world are meaningless because appearances are not real. Beyond all appearances is the reality of Love. If I want to know that I am Love, loved and lovable, I need to learn to look beyond all appearances to the reality of Love. My inner Teacher is ever present, ready to help me see the truth of Love everywhere.

Today my practice is to focus on the Love behind every appearance. If I think of someone, remember, only Love is there. If I pass by someone in a store isle, remember, only Love is there. If I see an image on television, remember, only Love is there. With this practice, I will remember only Love is here.

Today my practice is to pay attention to following Holy Spirit’s lead. Because I know nothing on my own, I need Holy Spirit’s Hand to guide me every step of the way. Today is a day of stepping back and following. I need the constant practice. And the Holy Spirit is always there when I am willing.
